Please note, the delivery timeframes above are estimates only. 

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods there may be a delay in processing your order due to an increase in order volumes.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.

Once your parcel has left our premises, we have no control over it. Rug Up Horsewear is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. Delays can occur due to busy holiday periods, public holidays and extreme weather.
